Which headlamps does it fit?
It powers the Nitecore NU40, NU43, NU45, NU50, NU53, HC60 UHE, HC65 UHE and HC70 UHE through their USB-C ports, using the included cable. The battery and headband form the kit, and your headlamp clips into the same band. The headlamp itself is not included.
Can it charge my phone while it is on the headband?
Yes. The USB-C port outputs 5V/2A whether the pack is on the band or in your hand, so you can run a cable to your phone or simply pull the battery off the bracket and use it as a 6,000mAh power bank at a rest stop.
Is the red rear light always on?
No, you switch it on when you want it by holding the power button for one second, and a short press instead shows the remaining charge across three red indicators at 100, 70 and 30 percent. So the rear light is there for road and low-light visibility, and stays off to preserve charge whenever you leave it that way.
