It is bright enough to light a subject across open terrain, and steady enough to work by once you step down to a lower level for the long haul.

The dedicated TurboReady paddle jumps straight to 20,000 lumens from any state, with no scrolling through modes to get there. When a figure moves at the edge of a search line or a situation turns on you, the full output is there in the time it takes to press.
The opposite paddle is wired the same way for instant Strobe, so both of your most urgent outputs sit under your thumb whichever hand holds the light.

At 22,200 candela the beam carries close to 290 metres, roughly three football pitches end to end, far enough to read a sign, a doorway or a person on the far side of a field or a shoreline.
That reach is what separates a searchlight from an ordinary high-lumen light. The output goes somewhere useful instead of washing out a few metres ahead.
Switch from a long throw to a wide, even flood.
A dedicated Floodlight mode opens the beam into a soft, uniform wash for close work, lighting a wide arc of ground with an even spread rather than a harsh hotspot. It suits picking your way over rough terrain or working a casualty at your feet.
A separate Spotlight mode does the opposite, concentrating output into a tighter beam for distance, so one light covers the wide look and the long look on a single tool.
Built to shed the heat that 20,000 lumens makes.
Output this high generates real heat, so the head carries deep cooling fins and an aero-grade aluminium-alloy body to pull it away from the LEDs. Integrated Advanced Temperature Regulation then trims output as the head warms, protecting the emitters and keeping the light comfortable to hold.
That is why Turbo is a burst rather than a constant setting. For sustained running the lower levels hold a steady output for hours, which is covered in the runtime table below.
Three user modes on one toggle: locked, daily or tactical.
A single toggle sets how the light behaves. Lockout disables the switches so 20,000 lumens cannot fire in a pack or a holster. Daily gives you constant-on illumination for ordinary use, and Tactical switches the power button to momentary-on for quick on-off bursts.
You set the mode to the job before you head out, so the light works the way that task needs and stays ready in the field.
Ambidextrous controls that work in either hand.
The large dual paddle switches are mirrored, so the same Turbo and Strobe access is there whether you carry left or right handed, or pass the light between hands during a long search. Gloved or wet, the paddles are big enough to find by feel.
A separate mode button cycles the brightness levels and the Floodlight and Spotlight beams while the light is on, keeping every output a thumb-press away.

Two 21700 cells totalling 9,600mAh are sealed into the body, enough to back the 20,000-lumen Turbo and still give 13 hours on the 320-lumen Ultralow between charges. The cells are built in and not user-replaceable, so there is nothing to source or swap in the field.
A power indicator on the body shows the remaining charge at a glance, so you head out knowing where you stand.
USB-C charging, and a useful low for the long night.
The built-in USB-C port refills the pack from a wall plug, a laptop or a power bank, reaching full in about 4 hours with a Quick-Charge source and roughly 7.5 hours from a standard port. The same port keeps it topped up anywhere a phone charges.
When you no longer need a wall of light, the 320-lumen Ultralow runs for 13 hours, plenty to read a map, work a campsite or hold a position through to dawn.
IP68 sealed, so weather is a non-event.
The TM20K is rated IP68 and submersible to 2 metres, so it keeps working through heavy rain, a river crossing or a dropped-in-the-creek moment. It runs in the conditions a search or an expedition actually meets.
It is impact resistant to 1 metre as well, on an aero-grade aluminium-alloy body with a HA III hard-anodized finish, so knocks against rock or kit are part of the job rather than a worry.

At 145.5mm long and 422g, the TM20K puts searchlight output into a body you can run single handed for hours, about the weight of a full water bottle. The CNC-machined unibody keeps it solid and helps move heat while staying compact.
A deep-carry pocket clip and the included magnetic holster let it ride on a belt, a pack or a MOLLE panel until you reach for it.

Turbo is a burst, as it is on any light at this output. Advanced Temperature Regulation steps the output down as the head warms to protect the LEDs and keep the body comfortable to hold. For sustained light, High runs 3,100 lumens for about 45 minutes, and the lower levels run far longer, up to 13 hours on Ultralow.
How long does a full recharge take?
The built-in 9,600mAh pack charges through the USB-C port, reaching full in about 4 hours from a Quick-Charge source and roughly 7.5 hours from a standard USB port. Any wall plug, laptop or power bank will refill it.
Is the battery replaceable?
No. The two 21700 cells are built into the body and recharge over USB-C, so there are no cells to swap or carry. A power indicator on the light shows the remaining charge so you can plan a top-up before you head out.
