Delivery is fast and well packaged as usual. Headlamp is very light and customisable strap with an elastic band. The light self has an inbuilt bracket that allows the body to cycle down in steps. This allows you to point the light at your preferred location be it straight ahead or at your feet all without bobbing your head.

The light weight is a great plus point not only for sports but also a great substitute for prolonged work tasks. The variable light intensities helps control the work environment luminance.
Great light!! GREAT customer support with replacement reports available for purchase. Our Beagle chewed the backplate yesterday and I heard form customer service today with a link to purchase replacement part. The actual light was totally unscathed as was the beagle. Works as expected bright and I like the cord headband. If it can survive our beagle it can survive ANYTHING!! Recharges fast to boot!
These are my husband's favorite headlamps for everything from running to fishing. We love the rechargeable vs battery feature. Great variety of light settings, very versatile. My husband has had one for 2+ years and we have been very happy with its quality and functionality. We just bought 2 more for my son's, to use fishing, when the sun sets a bit before they can get back to the car. Get these, you won't be disappointed.

Have used this headlamp for 10+ sunrise hikes and some late night hikes so far. The dimmer white light setting is enough for myself when hiking, and bumping up to a brighter setting one or two other people can get by from my headlamp.The buttons take a little getting used to but work very well and once you learn what they do, are quick to use. Battery life is good but I would recharge it after hikes.Great value for the price since its an affordable unit. Very light as well

My bar for headlamps is pretty high and this one is pretty good. It has a great light pattern, is lightweight and is comfortable to wear. The only option that it doesn’t have is memory for the last model used. This is a big deal especially when a light has so many options like the color temp and the intensity. I do like that there is a dedicated button for the red light, which you might use in the middle of the night to avoid blinding someone or messing up your night vision. I also really like the battery level test mode. It’s a set of 4 blue lights that come on temporarily when in use.
Honestly, this light is fantastic. It does all the things and then someI really like the way that it feels on the forehead and I like the gears in the back more than the nu20 or the nu25. They hold better and work betterThe nu27 crushes in all categories. It's also super super bright!Personally, for me it's too much light and I like the lightweight next to nothing convenience of the nu20 classic so that's the one I chose and that's the one I recommendBut if you need that bigger battery and more output this one is nearly perfect in every way

Apologies in advance for any typos, I accidentally blinded myself with 400 lumens of heavenly brightness before writing this review.Light, easy to use, feature packed. This headlamp has it all. Came in so clutch for camping and also when working on car, motorcycle, and even around the house. I bought two (home and shop) and maybe I'd get a third (moto trip bag).My wife makes fun of me for looking like a dork with a headlamp on. But she insists on keeping the lights off, so this was our compromise. Good time to mention the IP66 water resistance, works as advertised.Nitecore impresses with quality and feature set at a decent price.
Upgraded to this headlamp for the weight and color options. My other headlamp I still use but it's a tank (18650 batt). I've use NU27 on a 4 day backpack trip and it was so light I would forget I was wearing it sometimes. Battery life is great and the neutral color/ yellow is so much better for the eyes and color retention for certain items/tasks. The bad is there is no memory for the light/color options. Everytime it's powerd on it goes to neutral color in low then you will have to cycle through yellow then through white. (low-med-high) If I'm at camp and want a burst of white light i would have to hold to power on then dbl tap for turbo then press the mode button 2x to cycle through the color options to get white. Not an issue to me but just keep that in mind. Also have red lights which is a plus. Also I'm hoping the next gen will have a wider flood/flood option and memory. Other than all of that rambling, this is an amazing headlamp and my favorite right now.
Like the lightness of the headlamp, not forgetting the white that helps in finding inside the dark colored bag.

It’s not bad. Not the most comfortable but good for the price.
I had another bigger branded headlamp with a single button, and I hated it. It was hard to always remember the sequence of presses, long presses, and number of presses to use the thing. This headlamp is simple to use all the features, like very simple. The charge easily lasts well beyond a camping weekend. Couldn't be happier.

I’ve had this for nearly two years and use it regularly (camping, traveling, nighttime visits to the chicken coop). Still works as well as on day one. It only needs charging every 2-3 months unless I’m heading out camping.

This headlamp did an incredible job during my recent AT walk. Light weight and simple to use, while being reliable. The headlamp's charge made it throughout the week long heat and humidity with no issues. Headlamp strap is simple but comfortable. I’ll be buying more of these for my Alaska excursions.
