It started with my child catching her fingertips inside the blade. I wondered if this was just the actions of a careless child then it happened to my wife and I as well. The attraction of this fan is that it can bend to rest against your chest and blow air at your face. When adjusting the angle, the little finger comes to rest naturally at the gap in the fan which leads to this. The fan blades also pass very closely to the rear of the housing, and one can actually touch the blades even when the fan is off.

Excellent product, best portable fan I’ve ever purchased. Mist function comes with a built in water tank which holds about 30ml, last s around 40mins - slightly on the low side, but understandable, as a larger tank would make the device heavier and bulkier. A thoughtful touch is the rubber pad that prevents the fan from shifting when used in its folded position. Fan speed at level 1 is already quite comfortable and practical, and the battery life is impressively long. Overall, a well-designed and highly functional fan.

Good but there's a slight rust like stain on the entrance of the pouch when I was taking it out. Not shock resistant as if left on and standing on a table, If accidentally hit either the fan (cloth hit pass) or the table, the fan will start to make some noise like something has come loose inside the blade. If left on mist mode only it doesn't last long as either gets droplets forming at the mist after some time (form faster when there's any gust of wind) or will stop making when the top compartment runs empty even when there's plenty of water remaining.

This is a godsend! I like that it is effective and very handy. I can feel the coolness compared to using a neck fan. However, the top refiling doesn't really work. The water stays there and doesn't trickle down to the container below so it is better to add water using the container grip or a suitable ice-cold water bottle. Overall, happy with the product and hope it last a long time.

I brought the izzCool 10 with me to Indonesia recently as I had to spend the day under a tent in the sun. The ability to swap the water reservoir for a normal bottle of water kept izzCool 10 running the whole day. The water reservoir that izzCool 10 comes with will not last you more than 30 minutes before you have to do a top up. I ran izzCool 10 for over 6 hours with both fan and mist and it did not run out of battery. Highly recommended.
